JP is a finance professional with corporate accounting experience in an international environment, including exposure to tax, financial compliance and the implementation of corporate finance processes.
His experience spans group structures, companies and sole proprietors, with a particular strength in bringing order, structure and clear processes to the finance function.
JP is a Certified Tax Practitioner and Technical Accountant with the Institute of Commerce and Accounting and is currently completing his BCom in Management Accounting.
His focus is simple: make sure the financial side of the business is properly structured, understood and working the way it should.

Cole brings the perspective of someone who has sat on the owner’s side of the table.
He spent eleven years as the owner and Managing Director of his own business, giving him firsthand experience of where to invest, how to control costs, how to manage operational pressure and what it takes to grow.
His background also includes hands-on experience across finance, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and nonprofit operations.
With more than fifteen years of practical financial experience, Cole combines real business ownership with an increasingly strong technical accounting foundation.
